Planning for retirement today will help you meet your retirement goals for tomorrow.
Whether your retirement is decades away or just around the corner, it's never too early, or too late, to start saving for your retirement. The Stanford Contributory Retirement Plan (SCRP) allows you to start saving after your first paycheck and then enjoy Stanford contributions after your first year of service.
The Stanford Retirement Manager links you to Fidelity Investments, Stanford's retirement savings administrator. Fidelity's Web site, called NetBenefits, is where you can enroll, make changes, and track your retirement savings. Go straight to the Stanford Retirement Manager to enroll for the first time or review your account.
If you're getting ready to retire, visit our Getting Ready for Retirement section to point you in the right direction.
Check out these resources to help you prepare for retirement. Or go straight to our Resource Library for a complete selection of benefits resources.
The Retirement section of the Benefits Web site provides a summary of eligibility, coverage, vesting, retirement options, payment options and other subjects related to retirement savings. However, the official Plan Documents, together with certain annuity contracts and custodial agreements with investment providers (all as amended from time-to-time) govern Plan operation, and the determination and payment of benefits. In the event of any conflict between the information in this section and the official Plan Documents or any of the annuity contracts or custodial agreements, the Plan Document, annuity contract, or custodial agreement will govern.
