Life Insurance
Stanford provides basic life insurance and offers you the opportunity to purchase supplemental life with high maximums for you and your eligible dependents. Accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is also available.

Eligibility
Faculty and staff of Stanford University and the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC) as well as certain family members are eligible for benefits coverage if they meet certain eligibility requirements. See Eligibility for more information.
