How To Contact Stanford Benefits
For questions about your benefits, contact Stanford Benefits or logon to MyBenefits and select Contact Us.
You will need:
Stanford ID number — Use the last 8 digits on your Stanford ID card.
PIN — If this is your first visit to the site, your PIN is the month and year of your birthday (MMYYYY). Otherwise, it is the PIN you selected the first time you called or went online.
