Not sure if you need to enroll? Use the following checklist to help you find out.

Do you want to change a plan?
Does someone in your family need glasses this year?			Consider enrolling in the VSP plan
Does someone in your family need braces this year?			Choose the appropriate Dental plan
Do you want to change the amount of your life insurance?
Do you want to change whom you cover?
Do you cover a dependent student between ages 19 and 23?			You must certify student status every year to keep them covered
Have you been awarded a Child Care Subsidy Grant?			You must enroll in the Dependent Day Care Spending Account and accept the Grant
Do you want to have a Health Care Spending Account in 2008?			You must enroll each year
Do you want to have a Dependent Day Care Spending Account in 2008?			You must enroll each year

If you answer yes to any item, then you need to visit MyBenefits to enroll for 2008.
