MyBenefits is Stanford University's service which enables you to view and make changes to your benefits elections online.
Stanford employees are given the opportunity to make these changes once a year during Open Enrollment.
MyBenefits is available throughout the year so that new employees may make their benefits elections and employees with a qualified Life Event may make any necessary changes (see the Life Events section for details).
