Stanford offers two dental plans at no cost to you. Both plans are provided by Delta Dental and provide benefits through Delta Dental's network of dentists.
Delta Dental PPO
This plan provides a higher level of coverage for some services when you use Delta Dental PPO providers, and includes orthodontic treatment. Refer to Delta Dental Group #3366 for inquiries.
Delta Premier
Delta Premier has a larger network of dentists, but your annual maximum benefit is less than the Delta Dental PPO option. This option does not include orthodontic treatment. Refer to Delta Dental Group #3365 for inquiries.
Important: Two-Year Waiver Policy
If you do not enroll when you are first eligible for dental benefits, you must wait two years before you are eligible to enroll again, unless you have a life event.
