Just In Case
Long Term Care (LTC) is an optional after-tax benefit that helps pay day-to-day expenses — such as nursing home or at home care — for elderly or disabled care not covered by health insurance, disability plans, Medicare or Medicaid. There are two LTC plans, one for active employees and one for retirees who did not enroll while an active employee.
